Master Plan
Medini City is a new urban township with an integrated and comprehensive masterplan coordinated by MIM. The masterplan is designed with a strategic vision to encapsulate Medini as a city that is strong and iconic with distinctive new building designs and people oriented public spaces.

Zone A
Medini North (Zone A) is located at the northern tip of Medini Iskandar Malaysia, spanning 570 acres (2.3 km2). The LEGOLAND theme park, Mall of Medini, Afiniti, the Urban Wellness project are all based in this particular zone, catering to corporate professionals.
Zone B
351 acres of land consist of Zone B, which is a planned business & media district. Its core use is targeted for Commercial Centre, SME Business Park, Hotels and Hospitality. Residential zones, communal and leisure facilities will support zone B's concept of being a business cluster.
Zone C
A part of the Medini Central cluster that spans 620 acres, Zone C is also known as the Trade and Logistics Zone. Housing the operational aspect of Medini Central, Zone C offers world-class integrated services including warehousing, distribution (transport and freight services), packaging and business process outsourcing.
Zone D
